Instructions for translators	All of the translations MUST correspond EXACTLY with the names of the festivities as printed in the Roman Missal by the various Episcopal Conferences around the world. No freely translated user contributed translations will be accepted.

Contributor license agreement	No real need for an agreement here, just a heads up that the Latin translation here will never actually be used, because we are using Gettext, which relies on locales installed on the system. However, linux systems have no "Latin" locale that can be installed, so all Latin translations must be hardcoded into the API for now. However, we cannot remove it as a language from the project, because Latin IS used for the names of the Liturgical events (Proprium de Tempore, Proprium de Sanctis, etc.), which are based on JSON files and are not handled through Gettext.
Translation process	Translations can be made directly. Translation suggestions can be made. Only chosen users can contribute. The translation uses bilingual files.
